Welcome to my Health and Fitness Page

My name is Michelina. I’m a wife, stay at home mom to 2 very busy boys and an online health and fitness coach.

My journey started back in 2014. I was 6 months postpartum with my first son. I saw this picture after coming home from a family vacation and kept staring at it. I didn’t recognize the girl in the photo. It took me a few minutes to realize that girl, it was me! I had no idea who she was anymore. My health was at the lowest point ever, my weight was out of control. I was very unhappy and felt very depressed. I decided right then and there that I was making a change. I was on maternity leave and could not afford very much, but I saw this amazing opportunity. So I reached out and took the opportunity.

Home workouts don’t work I was told over and over! Home workouts, saved me! No wasting time to drive to a gym, no looking for childcare so I could go to the gym. And with the variety of programs available in both fitness and nutrition I set out my goals!

This picture below is my journey. Plus I had another baby in between these photos. I feel absolutely Amazing. My self esteem is up, my energy levels are up. I’m able to keep up with my growing boys and enjoy life.

I have helped other women reach their goals too! I’m so glad this opportunity came and without it who knows what my life would look like today. I’m building a successful business and building a team of strong women who also wanna help others and make a difference.
